Confirmed Features For 22.3
Four new features have been confirmed for 22.3; whether they are a new 3D airport, a custom tower, or a new animated object, we’ll be covering all of them here.
Hong Kong International Airport (VHHH)
Confirmed on March 24th, 2022, Hong Kong International will be one of the newest airports built from nothing to 3D. Nestled between mountains and on its island, Hong Kong is a fantastic destination to fly to, whether you’re landing at Kai Tak or the new airport. We promise the views will not disappoint!
Toulouse-Blagnac Airport (LFBO)
Confirmed on March 30th, 2022, Toulouse-Blagnac Airport will let pilots experience Airbus’s main factory and headquarters in Europe. This airport will help the current Airbus Virtual gain new pilots and allow them to fly in and out with pride. Are you interested in joining Airbus Virtual? Apply here.
Dubai International Airport Custom 3D Tower (OMDB)
Confirmed on April 11th, 2022, another airport in 22.3 will be getting a custom 3D, Dubai International Airport. Infinite Flight posted a rendering on their socials two days ago and asked if anybody knew where it belonged. Looking ahead to the future, some breathtaking shots with the tower.
Pushback Tug For Lighter Aircraft
Confirmed on April 13th, 2022, this new pushback tug will be for the lighter aircraft in the Infinite Flight Simulator. Currently, in-game, when pushing back, the heavies tractor is used. For example, when looking at a CRJ, the nose rests inside the tug. This will surely be a fan favorite in the future.
